The Tri-Town Challengers is a nonprofit organization established in 2017 in Dyer, Indiana. Our program assists children and young adults with special needs to learn developmental, athletic, social, and life skills. As an organization, we strive to give the special needs community the abilities and tools to live a successful and happy life.
Who We Are
Tri-Town Challengers is a program for athletes and their families who do not allow physical/developmental disabilities to prevent them from participating in the national pastime.
Tri-Town Challengers wants every child to experience pulling together as a team, being cheered on by the fans, encouraging his/her teammates, and also being encouraged by his/her teammates.
The Tri-Town Challengers 2022 season will take place from May through July. Opening day will be in late April. Home games will be played at Northgate Park in Dyer.

Our Goal
Our goal is to eventually build a ballfield that is truly adaptive for all our athletes featuring a softer, flatter playing surface, ramps for walkers and wheelchairs, wider dugouts, and shorter baselines.
Our success and longevity will come largely in part from the generosity provided through sponsorships and donations. In turn, we also encourage our athletes and their families to patronize our generous sponsors.
